Mosaic International Summit 2011

I am so happy and thrilled to be accepted in such a unique summit. The Mosaic Summit, which will be held in Qatar next November for ten days. I am so excited to be there and to meet the other 79 leaders who are going to attend the summit too. Before I got accepted to the summit I had no job but now I am working as an English lecture at Salalah College of Technology. So I guess being accepted to the summit gave me more power to do better in getting this job or maybe I am just lucky!

As a lecture, I have a lot of work to do even at home. It kills me sometimes but I am getting used to it. At the beginning I was worried of being a teacher in college for big students while I am still young myself. But now I LOVE me being a teacher. It is a very wonderful job I had ever experienced till now. It is just so cool. Yes, it is so much work but I am enjoying it now.

This week, I got an email from my group leader and the other members. What I like the most that everyone is so excited to meet each other and we started to introduce ourselves to each other and now I know that they are all from a different backgrounds and different nationalities which are for sure will make this summit more useful and interesting. Where our cultures will meet and we will start to be introduced to different ideas and thoughts about leadership in life in general. Plus, exchanging leadership experiences will open our minds to new ways of dealing with things.

Well, I can’t wait to see you all next month and I am looking forward in leaving a good impact on you all. Specially that we are going to meet after the Eid. So, I guess most of the participant will come with a clear mind and full energy to give it all in the summit.
